If you are looking for spare parts for your Leenders stove, you can visit our webshop. There, you can easily find all available parts for each stove model. However, consumers have access to a limited selection through the webshop. If you are searching for other spare parts, please contact your (nearest) Leenders dealer.
Why are some stove models no longer supported with spare parts?
We continuously work on improving our stoves in various ways. Some stove models have become so outdated that they no longer meet our standards, such as efficiency and emissions. When we discontinue a stove model, we always provide spare parts for at least 10 years. After this transition period, service parts for that model are no longer available.
If your stove is no longer in our current collection, there is a chance that spare parts are no longer available. Our service page shows which stove models still have spare parts in production. Simply select your stove model to check availability. If no service parts are available, you will see this message:
“Since DD/MM/YYYY, service parts for this model are no longer available.”
If you do not see this message, spare parts are still available. In that case, please contact your (nearest) dealer to place an order.
What if I can’t order parts anymore?
If your stove no longer has service parts available, it means your stove is outdated and likely due for replacement. Our current collection consists of high-efficiency wood stoves that comply with all regulations.
