Cours de Compétence is our training programme to help dealers to become and remain Leenders specialists.
The training programme has three components:
Basics: price lists, opportunities for customisation, colours and all options.
Products: construction and combustion techniques for the stove and the story behind it.
Company: who we are, how we work and why we do what we do.
Each component of the training lasts a whole day and is held in Oirschot. For the entire programme the participants return with an interval of 1 to 2 years.
The Cours de Compétence is a continuous training programme and full-on too. Some participants come from far and wide. We realise that we are asking a lot of our dealers, so we ensure that every training is really worthwhile.
