When the trend for design made its entrance, we had to seek the balance between attention for design and pure design. Sometimes stoves lost some of their identity, becoming just interior design objects containing fire.
As is often the case with trends, the pendulum has swung back. We are now closer to where we once began as a brand 40 years ago. Constructing designs, rather than designing designs.
We are still searching for the balance between stoves that must just be stoves, or interior design objects. Or both. Certainly no easy task, but that is the beauty of it. Our journey of discovery that shapes our identity.
