Leenders stoves are made from high-quality materials, and we place great importance on local production and control over the quality of raw materials and components. Here are some details about the materials we use and our approach to local production.
Local Suppliers
At Leenders, we have built close relationships with local suppliers in our region. This allows us to closely monitor the origin and quality of the raw materials and components we use.
Steel
Our stoves are made from high-quality steel. This is carefully selected to ensure durability and efficiency. We collaborate with local steel mills and foundries to source premium materials. This guarantees the highest quality and allows us to build stoves that last a lifetime.
Stone
The stone components are also locally made. This includes the internal structure of all stoves and the side stones of the Lobbe, Lobbe Compact, Kilo, Mats, and Boxer Plus. We do not use simple concrete but specially designed stones that can withstand high temperatures while retaining heat effectively.
Glass
The specially designed glass for our stove doors is extremely heat-resistant due to the addition of ceramic particles in the glass.
Finishes
The exterior of our stoves is finished with high-quality coatings, serving both aesthetic and protective purposes. These finishes are carefully applied by our in-house coating experts—true craftsmen.
Our commitment to local production allows us to guarantee the quality of our products and minimize our ecological footprint. It also enables us to respond flexibly to changing demands and continuously innovate in the production of high-quality stoves. We take pride in supporting local businesses and offering top-quality products to our valued customers.
